Max Barden

Making people wheeze with laughter through his absurdist and unconventional style, Max will try anything and everything in the pursuit of a gag. Max won Tropfest Junior with a film about making a film, indoctrinating him that he doesn’t need to be creative to be successful. Prior to Covid entering our lives he gained experience in Europe where he worked for over a year at Czar Amsterdam and was mentored in comedic direction by the legendary Bart Timmer. A down to earth ‘man-of-the-people’, Max enjoys spending his free time playing polo and hunting pheasant.
